Hanson PLC, at the time, was a giant British conglomerate with holdings in plastics, lumber, asphalt, and coal, among other things—both here and abroad. Spot was especially popular in Europe, picking up a Lion and showing in D&AD.
Other spots in campaign included a Roger Moore/Bond extravaganza, pushing that actor’s eyebrow-arching skills to the limit.
